CardsFolio is the second of a series of applications launched, that minimizes the use of papers, ink etc. preserving a healthy planet. It is an application to help the user follow up every day’s tasks in a virtual way avoiding the impact of traditional business systems on the environment, and in this way helping to maintain a greener environment.

Within this application, the User can store Business Cards in very simple steps and in a very smart and efficient way:

– A Business Card can be Scanned and Stored as image

– Additionally, to the saved image of the Business Card, the information on the business card is recognized and stored in separate fields:
           o First Name                                   (mandatory)
               o Middle Name                                 (optional)
               o Surname                                     (mandatory)
               o Title                                                      (optional)
               o Company Name                            (optional)             
               o Address                                             (optional)
               o Mobile Telephone number     (optional)
               o Landline Telephone number (optional)
               o Fax number                                     (optional)
               o Email                                                   (optional)
               o Website                                            (optional)
               o Notes                                                  (optional)

– A contact can be searched by Last Name, First Name, Company

– A Contact can be called or messaged directly from within the App.

– The User can navigate to a contact address in Maps

– Stored Cards and saved contact information may be stored locally in the User’s device or in the User’s iCloud account so they can be synchronized to all the iOS and iPadOS devices of the User

– Contacts can be managed from all over the world with 38 recognition languages:

(Languages followed by an asterisk have dictionary support)

– The User can have 3 active languages at any given time : Just before scanning a card the User must activate the required language by selecting it through a menu. English language is permanently selected, and the user can have as activated additionally two (2) of the above recognition languages at any time.

– Notes can be added to a contact

– Business card may be edited individually, at any time

– Business card be deleted individually or several of them, at any time

– Business card can be exchanged with people nearby via Airdrop
